What Causes Disease?

What Causes Disease?

I watched an excellent documentary this evening on Dr. Royal Raymond Rife. In this documentary I learned about an old theory that I find absolutely intriguing… a theory on the cause of all disease!

There has long been the debate between the Germ Theory and the Terrain Theory. Both were originally conceived by French Dr. Antoine Bechamp (1816-1908), however; Louis Pasteur (1822-1895) was given credit for the Germ Theory and later invented pasteurization.

The Germ Theory

The germ theory basically states that there are fixed external microbes (germs) that can invade the body and cause disease. To avoid getting sick you need to avoid the germs. To get well you need to kill the invading germs. Basically, modern medicine as we know it today.

The Terrain Theory

The terrain theory basically states that disease is dependent upon the body’s internal environment (terrain) and only occurs when the terrain is favorable to the germs.

Microzyma

Now, before and during World War II, there were some amazing scientists that were all coming across the same thing – but giving it a different name.

  • Dr. Bechamp called it “Microzyma”
  • Gunther Enderlein (1872-1968) called it “Protits”
  • William Reich (1897-1957) called it “T-bacilli” (“T” from a German word meaning death: “Tod”)

So what are these “Microzyma”? They are tiny microorganisms that live in all things, whether dead or alive. You can see them in the video below of a drop of live blood:

Video on YouTube here: https://youtu.be/963W2FHnRh8 and translating the French Text gives us: “This drop of live blood – observed at a magnification of 1000 on black background – view on the one hand the various red blood cells, and secondly these tiny particles which skip over.
These are “microzymas” studied and described by Pr. Béchamp.
These microcells also called “nanobes” (40 to 60 nanometers in diameter) or zymases synthesize enzymes that allow all the chemical reactions within the living body.
It is they also who build the cells, organs and living beings in general.”

Pleomorphism

These microzyma were found by many scientists (including those listed above) to be “pleomorphic”. What is pleomorphism? It means “many-formed” (Pleo means many and morph means form). Basically, depending upon the media they are fed in a lab, they can morph into bacteria, virus, and/or fungi. This is where it got really interesting to me!

These scientists discovered a tiny little 0.1 micron sized microscopic thing living inside all things, dead or alive, that grows into different types of organisms depending upon the terrain it is living in!

This theory means, disease isn’t caused necessarily by the germs that enter our system, so much as it is caused by the terrain of our own body and what that does to our microzyma!

Microzyma were found by Bechamp to “ferment” the blood – helping in its ability to clot. These microorganisms are capable of producing alcohol, acetic acid, butyric acid and lactic acid. They cause no harm unless the terrain they are in changes them, and it seems to be the pH levels that cause the change.

Gunther Enderlein found 3 stages to his “protits” – the initial stage where it plays a part in blood clotting, the 2nd state where it copulates and forms spores, and the 3rd stage of double spores. Being triggered by a higher alkaline pH, this 3rd stage starts as a bacillus secreting acid to lower the pH, the double spore may balloon into a complete cell-walled bacteria and eventually even turn into a mold destroying human cells. From there it can turn into the virus that causes cancer. Enderlein believed it was high acidity in the blood that caused the growth of the pathogenic bacteria.

Has Science Debunked This Theory?

Interestingly enough – No. To this day the theory of microzymas and how they work has not been proven false. The research that has been done thus far has actually bolstered the theory. Even Pasteur himself on his deathbed wrote: “It is not the germ that causes disease but the terrain in which the germ is found.”
